· HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Domestic Shipping (Within the US) takes approximately 5~10 business days (after receiving your shipping confirmation email).
We are experiencing potential shipping delays as we take extra care in our warehouses. Our priority continues to be protecting our community and team, as well as ensuring your order is delivered safely.
· How I can change my shipping information?
If you want to change your shipping information, please contact support@minamproject.com as soon as possible.
*If your ordered product is already in delivery service, it is impossible to change your shipping address.
· How can I track my shipment?
If your order is accepted successfully,
you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us when your order is on its way.
In the email, you can find the tracking link (* or invoice number).
· If the product I receive has a defect or is different from the one I ordered, how can I exchange it?
Woops! This usually does not happen, we are truly sorry for the matter.
If the product has a defect or is incorrectly delivered, please contact support@minamproject.com immediately.
We will take quick action.
Please put the incorrectly delivered product in its pack as it is and wrap it. If you damage the product in the process or open to use it, it is impossible to exchange the product. Please bear it in mind.
· Please let me know how to exchange or return the product.

Please contact support@minamproject.com. We will help out with your product return procedure.
We want you to put the product in the delivery package box again, and to give it to the delivery service person at his or her visit.
A delivery service fee is paid by MIP.
Please bear in mind that exchange or return is allowed only within thirty days from the date when the product is delivered.
1. [If skin trouble occurs after use]
Please contact support@minamproject.com. We will help you out.
If your skin is in a severe condition, please go to see a dermatologist.
Please bear in mind that if two-third of the product is used, it is impossible to ask for exchange or return.
If the product is exchanged or returned due to the side effects after the use of the product, exchange or return is not allowed after thirty days from the date when the product is delivered.
2. [A simple change of your mind]
You may not be fully satisfied. We understand. Please contact support@minamproject.com. We will reach you immediately.
If you want to exchange or return the product due to a simple change of your mind, you should pay all processing costs. If the product package is damaged, or is open and used, exchange or return is now allowed. For your information, if the product is exchanged or returned due to a simple change of your mind, exchange or return is available only within seven days from the date when the product is delivered.
· I already used the product. Is it possible to exchange or return the product?
Exchange or return is now allowed if any of the following occurs:
1) If the product is already used
2) If the sealed part of the product is open, or the external package is damaged, and therefore the use-value of the product is lowered
3) If you fail to follow the attention in use described in the product
4) If the product case is open and its content is damaged or smeared
5) If the free gift offered along with the ordered product is already used or lost
6) If the package of the returned product is damaged
· How can I cancel my product order?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us at support@minamproject.com as soon as possible.
*If you want to cancel the order after the product is in delivery service, you should pay the cost for the round-trip delivery service.
· When can I receive a refund?
Your refund application is accepted immediately after your refund request is reviewed and has no problem. Please allow between 7-14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement as times vary between credit card companies. In case of a refund for return, a refund is offered after the product is returned.
If a refund is delayed, please contact support@minamproject.com. We will immediately process it. ※ A refund is made possible only when the name of the depositor should be the same as the name of the customer.
· I canceled my purchase, but my credit card company didn't find that it was canceled.
Please do not worry about it. If you pay with your credit card online and then cancel, it takes some time to approve your cancel completely. If you cancel your purchase on the day you pay, it is possible to check that your payment is canceled. If you cancel your purchase the next day after you pay, it can take one week or so to apply your cancellation to your credit card company.
